Petroleum (Local Content And Local Participation) Regulations, 2013 (L.I. 2204)
Regulation 24:
A Technology Transfer Sub-Plan submitted by a contractor, subcontractor, licensee or
other allied entity shall include a programme of planned initiatives aimed at promoting the effective transfer of technologies from the contractor, subcontractor, licensee or other allied entity to a Ghanaian indigenous company or citizen.
