Petroleum (Local Content And Local Participation) Regulations, 2013 (L.I. 2204)
Regulation 29:
A contractor, subcontractor, licensee or an allied entity engaged in a petroleum
activity that requires legal services in the country shall retain only the services of a
Ghanaian legal practitioner or a firm of Ghanaian legal practitioners whose principal office is located in the country.
