Petroleum (Local Content And Local Participation) Regulations, 2013 (L.I. 2204)
Regulation 31:
(1) A contractor, subcontractor, licensee or other allied entity that requires financial services with respect to a petroleum activity shall retain only the services of a Ghanaian financial institution or organisation
(2) Despite subregulation (1), a contractor, subcontractor, licensee or an allied entity may
with the approval of the Commission engage the services of a foreign financial institution or organisation.
