Petroleum (Local Content And Local Participation) Regulations, 2013 (L.I. 2204)
Rgulation 32:
A contractor, subcontractor, licensee or an allied entity who has submitted a Financial
Services Sub-Plan to the Commission shall specify the following:
(a) the financial services utilised in the preceding six months by expenditure;
(b) a forecast of financial services required in the ensuing six months and the projected
expenditure for the financial services; and
(c) a list of financial services utilised in the preceding six months, the nature of financial
services provided and the expenditure for the financial services made by the
contractor, subcontractor, licensee or other allied entity.
