Petroleum (Local Content And Local Participation) Regulations, 2013 (L.I. 2204)
Regulation 39
39. (1) A person may during working hours
(a) access records that relate to local content which is kept by the Commission and
designated as public records; or
(b) request to be furnished with a certified copy or extract from any document that that
person is entitled to access.
(2) The right of a person to inspect or obtain a copy of a document filed or kept in electronic form by the Commission shall extend only to the reproductions of the document in written form in a manner that the Commission determines.
(3) An application for an extract or a certified copy of document requested shall be
accompanied by a fee determined by the Commission.
(4) The Commission shall publish on its website, information relating to these Regulations and local content and local participation requirements generally.
