Petroleum (Local Content And Local Participation) Regulations, 2013 (L.I. 2204)
Regulation 42:
(1) The Commission may issue guidelines to provide for a system requiring documents under these Regulations to be filed in electronic form.
(2) The system for filing of documents in electronic form shall be in accordance with
the Electronic Transactions Act, 2008 (Act 772) and shall provide for
(a) the criteria for authorising persons to file documents in electronic form, and
(b) the security and authentication of the documents filed
