Chattels Transfer Act, 1952 (Act 51)
Section 3: The registration of an instrument shall be effected by filing in the office of the registrar the instrument and the schedules endorsed on the instrument annexed to the instrument, or referred to in the instrument,
or a true copy of that instrument and the schedules, and an affidavit in the Form 1 set out in the First Schedule.
