Chattels Transfer Act, 1952 (Act 51)
Section 15: An instrument shall contain or shall have endorsed on it or annexed to it, a schedule of the chattels comprised in it and unless otherwise expressly provided by this Act, shall give a good title only to the chattels described in the schedule, and is void as against the persons mentioned in sections 11 and 12 in respect of a chattel which is not so described.
