Chattels Transfer Act, 1952 (Act 51)
Section 16: Unless otherwise expressly provided by this Act, an instrument is void as against the persons mentioned in sections 11 and 12 in respect of the chattels which the grantor acquires or becomes entitled to after the time of the execution of the instrument.
