Excise (Spirits) Amendment Regulations, 1965. LI 444
Regulation 1 (b)
The Excise (Spirits) Regulations, 1963 (L.I. 264) are hereby amended by the substitution, for the definition of " distiller " in regulation 57 thereof of the following:—
" 'distiller ' means any person who has been directed in pursuance of section 2 of the Manufacture and Sale of Spirits Act, 1962 (Act 154) to be placed under the control of the Excise Ordinance (No. 31 of 1953)."
