Ghana Investment Promotion Centre Act, 2013 Act 865
Section 25
An enterprise which is wholly owned by a Ghanaian
(a) may after being incorporated or registered be registered with the Centre; and
(b) after being registered with the Centre shall be entitled to the benefits and incentives set out in this Act.
