Fruit Industry (Bananas) Regulations, 1970 L.I 643
Regulation 2: After the receipt of such written notice, the Inspector shall examine the bananas in respect of which the notice is given, and if upon examination the Inspector is satisfied that the bananas are not of the standard quality prescribed by regulation 1 he shall notify the exporter to that effect and shall not seal or mark the bunch or the package containing the bananas or issue a certificate in respect thereof.
