Fruit Industry (Bananas) Regulations, 1970 L.I 643
Regulation 3: If the bananas are of the standard quality prescribed in regulation 1, the Inspector shall attach to each bunch or package containing the bananas a mark or seal authorised by the Chief Inspector of Produce, and shall issue a certificate in accordance with paragraph 4 of the Decree.
