Regulation 5: No person shall, without the sanction of an Inspector, tamper or interfere with or change a mark or seal attached to a bunch or package of bananas under regulation 6, or tamper with or interfere with or change the bunch 01 package of bananas in respect of which a certificate has been issued under regulation 6.
