Regulation 7:
(1) Tne Insoector shall draw samples from not less than 25 per cent of the total number of bags in the consignment and all such samples shall be bulked and thoroughly mixed:
Provided that the Inspector may in his discretion retain any individual sample for separate inspection, and in any such case the coffee from which the sample was drawn shall be graded separately from the remainder of the consignment.
(2) From the mixed bulk obtained as prescribed by paragraph (1) of this regulation the Inspector shall draw a final sample of not less than one pound of coffee. From this final sample 500 beans shall be drawn for inspection.
(3) Each of the 500 beans mentioned in paragraph (2) of this regulation shall be examined and a count shall be made of the number of defective beans and the number of black beans. From the counts so made the Inspector shall determine the quality of the coffee in the consignment.
7. If the coffee is found on examination to be of a standard inferior to those prescribed by regulation 1 the Inspector shall notify the owner in writing to this effect and shall not seal the bags containing the coffee.
8. After the examination of the sample of coffee has been completed, and if satisfied that the coffee complies with the standards of quality prescribed by regulation 1, the Inspector shall seal the bags containing the coffee from which the sample was obtained by affixing a seal as prescribed in the First Schedule in the middle of the lips of the bag, and shall stamp or stencil on the bags the prescribed mark appropriate to the quality determined by examination of the sample. and sealed shall give to the Inspect01 not less than 48 hours' notice in writing.
(2)The Inspector may if he thinks fit accept a shorter period of notice.
(3) After receipt of such written notice the Inspector shall
