Regulation 111 Foreign Air Carrier Operations in Ghana. Unless otherwise authorised by the Authority, no foreign operator may operate into Ghana without: (a) Being in possession of an AOC issued by an CAO contracting State; and (b) Being subject to a safety evaluation by the Authority's Flight Safety Services Department.
