Trade Marks Act, 2004 (ACT 664)
Section 7: The Registrar shall register the trade mark, publish a reference to the registration and issue the applicant with a certificate of registration if (a) the registration has not been opposed within the prescribed time limit; or (b) the registration has been opposed but the opposition was decided in favour of the applicant.
