Trade Marks Act, 2004 (ACT 664)
Section 8: (1) An application for registration of a collective mark shall designate the trade mark as a collective mark and be accompanied with a copy of the regulations governing the use of the collective mark. (2) Sections 4, 5, 6, 7, 9, 10, 11, and 14 shall apply to collective marks. (3) The registered owner of a collective mark shall notify the Registrar of any changes made in the regulations.
