Period of Consultations: Thu October 16, 2025 to Fri December 19, 2025AN ACT to establish the Postal, Courier and Logistics Commission as a regulatory body to license and regulate the operation of postal, courier and logistics services; to enforce international standards and practices among service providers and to designate a national postal service provider and provide for related matters.
The Ministry of Communication, Digital Technology and Innovations (MoCDTI) is spearheading a comprehensive legal framework revision of existing legislations of Agencies under the Ministry and the development of other laws to regulate certain aspects of the digital ecosystem, considering the evolving nature of technology.This initiative aims to modernize Ghana's digital governance architecture. It also seeks to establish a coherent, modern, and comprehensive legal framework that effectively governs all agencies under the Ministry of Communication, Digital Technology and Innovations, ensuring regulatory clarity, operational efficiency, and alignment with international best practices.
